Are all your sweets vegetarian/vegan?
Yes! All our sweets are 100% vegan and free from gelatine, honey, cochineal, milk, animal derived E numbers or colours, eggs and beeswax. Please note they are manufactured in facilities which handle allergen foods such as nuts, dairy, beeswax and gluten.
Are your sweets gluten free?
Some of our sweets are gluten free. You can download an ingredients list here. We cannot ensure that the factories the sweets are made in do not handle gluten ingredients. From February 2020 we will have a mixed gluten free bag.
How much does shipping cost?
Depending on weight and location AusPost calculates at checkout the price for Express or Standard shipping. Unfortunately we do not offer pick up or drop off, please keep your eye out for stockists.
How long does shipping take?
*currently being in Melbourne and back in stage 4 lockdown please expect delays with the shipping. There can be a wait of up to 4 business days to receive tracking details*
Check with Australia Post if your order is delayed past the due date, they will be able to help you with information on your parcel as once it is shipped I have no details where anything is other than the same tracking information you have.
All of our sweets are currently hand picked so dispatch times may be 1-2 working days from ordering. We currently use Australia Post with their standard shipping arriving within 5-10 business days and express 3-5 business days.
Shipping to New Zealand can take up to 4 weeks currently. There may be added delays with the current NZ lockdown.
At very busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Click Frenzy, New Years, Easter etc there will potentially be delays in shipping that are out of our control once items have been posted. Arrival dates can be between 5-12 business days during those periods which are at the hands of AustPost.

Do you have a shop front?
At the moment no, we are just trading online. If you are in Melbourne Smith & Deli in Fitzroy stock some of our sweets with more stockists coming soon.
Do you issue refunds?
We can only issue refunds if an order is broken or missing and the items are extremely damaged. We are not able to refund orders that are not to individual preferences. If you wish to raise a refund request, please notify us in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will require photos if the items are damaged. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your box to be eligible for a refund. The flat rate postage bag options are not eligible for a refund or replacement so please select wisely if purchasing this postage method as we accept no liability for items damaged using this shipping option.
